Like others, we were referred to Andrew by friends. Friends who like me were doubtful about the possibility of being able to get into a home. We thought 'let's give it a shot, what could it hurt'. When we met with Andrew the first time he walked us through what needed to happen, what to expect, and that he was confident we could be in a home within 60 days. I still had my doubts, just due to all the NO's we've had in the past due to credit and other things. That same day Andrew already had a Lender in mind that he thought could help us. This is one of the things I really appreciated in this process. Andrew is able to get a quick feel for his clients and match them with a Lender that best suits their needs. Fast forward to home shopping day. He again talked us through what the plan was, what we could expect, and was pretty certain we'd find our dream home that day. We did!! It was the first house we saw, and no other home after that compared. When we got back to his office we submitted our offer and waited, but we didn't have to wait long. The process from here moved very quickly, as Andrew said it would. With this process being new to us we had a LOT of questions, all of which Andrew and/or the Lender, or both, were happy to answer for us. Both parties were very responsive, which I also really appreciated about this experience. To be honest, we (I) kept waiting for someone to pull the rug out from under us. Our dream was becoming a reality and it felt too good to be true. Fast forward a week from closing and I am blessed to be writing this review from our new home; where our little one has her own room (that she doesn't have to share with Mom and Dad), and where we will be welcoming our baby boy just after Christmas, all thanks to Andrew and his hard work. From the bottom of our hearts, we are blessed to have been referred to such a committed Broker. Thank you Andrew, for making our Christmas wish come true!!!

This is the 4th House I have bought in my life, it was also the smoothest experience. Andrew sat down with us and went over our finances, then put us in touch with a Lender. After about 10 Days we were given an acceptance letter with our mortgage loan limit. with that approval we sat down and discussed our wants and desires. he pulled some listings and fell in love with 1st house he showed. to be on the safe side we looked at a few more houses. we returned to the 1st house for a second look then submitted a Bid which was accepted. we closed and moved in 2 and a half weeks later. Andrew helped us find inspectors and warranty companies. It literally was a breeze.

We were referred to Andrew by a close friend of ours who had a wonderful experience with him and his team. We weren't in a great spot credit wise but didn't want to keep throwing money away by renting. All that said, we reached out to him and together we got to work. IT took us a couple months but it was well worth it. All along the way they explained what was happening and why we were doing what we were doing. Very open communication and was patient throughout. It was really refreshing and truly was an exciting for our family. Their approach to things was different than what I, "thought" the process would be. I have personally recommended a couple people to them who were/are in the same position as we were. I hope they read these things because I want to thank them again for all the effort, knowledge, and optimism they had. You guys rock!

Andrew Clements is an extremely smart, experienced & very capable broker. Andrew is an exceptional ally during the purchasing process as a tough negotiator who is able to remain approachable & down to earth with his clients. Andrew respected our time, goals, cost for down payment, loan and ultimately our investment into our home as if it were his own money being spent. Despite the trend of Austin and its surrounding areas constantly increasing real estate costs to the buyer; Andrew knew an unfairly inflated price when he saw one and he didn't hestitate to go to bat negotiating for us even if that meant walking away from a possible deal. Andrew's motto, as is my husbands' (also a small biz owner) is that good business is always fair and ethical. Everyone can make money and achieve profitability in fair business. My husband and I had an unusually long road to buying our home (we had to forgo 3 offers) yet Andrew remained steadfast & patient thru that lengthy process. Today we now have a gorgeous home that is far and above a greater value than we even dreamed of having for. I know many differently minded realtor/broker's would have pushed us into closing a sale on the other first offers. Andrew's approach of seeing this first home purchase with us as the beginning of a long term business partnership gained our respect trust and loyalty. If we never buy another home or buy 5 more Andrew is the only person we will do business with.

The entire ordeal was a little overwhelming; however, with Andrew's direction and recommendations, we were able to make the purchase and come thru the entire process successfully! We are now needing to relocate, and have called on Andrew, again. Andrew Clements Realty is the agency to work with when purchasing a new home. I'm self-employed, and tried several times in the past to get approved for a mortgage with no luck. Fast forward many years and I found Andrew. Andrew Clements Realty. He, along with his team of loan officers took me through a process that ensured once I applied for the loan there was little chance I would not be approved. We also closed on the exact date we intended to, which I learned comes down to the right people. If you have had a hard time getting approved or just want to work with someone down to earth with a proven process, I highly recommend. Would give 10 stars if possible.

We are really glad we worked with Andrew. Personally, I don't like sugarcoating and always prefer keeping things real. Andrew is a professional that gives it to you straight –even if news are not great–, but always, ALWAYS, with a positive attitude and a word of encouragement. We always felt he was on top of things and that we were the only clients he had. Such is his commitment to personal attention. The whole buying-our-home process was pretty smooth (you should always expect a bump on the road), but both Andrew and his team kept things moving forward at all times.
